Offered Twice - Summer of 2026
Jane Headley, Instructor
Thursdays 11:30 to 2:00
Session 1: July 9, 16, 23
Session 2: July 30, August 6 and 13
Classes capped at 6 participants
This will be a repeat offering of a unique opportunity for seasoned sewists: Guided Sew for an advanced group of sewing peers. Each participant will work on projects of their choosing, perhaps altering / updating a favorite garment, making and fitting a muslin for a future project, getting past an obstacle in a project waiting to be finished, changing a pattern…..what project(s) have you been waiting to tackle, but are a bit intimidated by? (We will not be doing pants fitting in this class).
In these 3 week offerings, you might bring and receive valuable advice and assistance on more than one project. Not only will you learn from Jane, but you’ll also learn from your peers in class - and of course, if you want any opinions, those are typically free.
Unlike the Advanced Beginner / Intermediate Guided Sew, there is a 3 week commitment required to participate in the Advanced Guided Sew sessions.
Please note: class will be capped at 6 participants, so there will be limitations with respect to large layout and cutting projects.
