Do you have garments that need to be hemmed and / or altered? Come learn the skills to do so! You will receive assistance in hemming garments that you bring with you and learn the skills that you can use in the future. Basic alterations will be addressed as needed, for better fit.
You will benefit from the instruction of 2 workshop leaders.
You will learn how to:
- Hem your Jeans (preserving the original hem).
- Hem a dress, skirt or pants with traditional hand stitched hemming
- Hem a garment using the blind hem stitch on a machine (your machine, if you prefer to bring it)
